1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery timeframes below refer to the transit time after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking details.

We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand.

Shipping costs are based on your delivery region. We ship to both metropolitan and remote areas.

4. Tracking & Support
- All shipped orders come with a tracking number sent via email. You can use it to monitor your parcel’s progress.
- If your delivery is delayed, missing, damaged, or there are any other issues, feel free to contact our support team — we’re here to help, and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
- Please have your order number and delivery address ready when contacting us.
5. Additional Notes
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address leads to a return to sender, a redelivery fee may apply.
- During peak sales or holidays, processing and delivery may take longer.
- All shipping costs are shown at checkout. Fees are calculated automatically based on your cart total and selected delivery method.
- We do not currently ship to countries other than Australia and New Zealand.

1. Can I choose my shipping method?
Yes! You can choose either Standard or Express Shipping during checkout. Costs and estimated times will be clearly shown before payment.
2. Is Express Shipping free for orders over $50?
Express Shipping is not free, but we offer a discounted rate.
- NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT – $10 for orders over $50 (otherwise $20)
- NT, SA, TAS, WA – $10 for orders over $50 (otherwise $25)
3. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Please check your tracking link from the shipping confirmation email. If your parcel is delayed or appears stuck, contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier.
4. Do you deliver to remote areas? Are there extra charges?
Yes, we deliver Australia-wide, including remote areas.
5. How can I avoid delivery errors or returns?
Make sure your address is correct and complete — include the correct street name, unit/apartment number (if any), and postcode. If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for redelivery fees.
6. When will my order be shipped? Can I ask for faster handling?
We ship all orders within 3–5 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help.
7. Can I request weekend or specific-day delivery?
Our delivery partners operate on their standard schedules. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee delivery on a specific date or weekend.
8. Can I change my address after placing an order?
- If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may incur a fee depending on the situation.
- Once your parcel has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
9. My tracking shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received the parcel — what now?
Sometimes parcels are marked as delivered a few hours before they physically arrive.
Please:
- Check your mailbox, front door, garage, or other safe areas
- Ask housemates, neighbours, or reception desks
- Contact the delivery provider for more details
- If you still can’t locate your parcel, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.
10. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to New Zealand only: Standard International Shipping, 6–27 business days, $39 AUD.
