Return & Refund Policy

At Inflyn, we want every shopping experience to be a positive one. If something isn’t right with your order, you may be eligible to return or request a refund according to the policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer two types of return options depending on the condition of the product.

A. 30-Day Change of Mind Returns (Unused Items)

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if you have changed your mind.

To be eligible:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and seals must be intact
  • The item must be suitable for resale
  • A valid order number and reason for return must be provided

For approved change of mind returns, a flat return handling fee of AUD 15 will be deducted from your refund.

B. 7-Day Satisfaction Return (Selected Products Only)

For selected products, we offer a 7-day satisfaction return policy.

This applies only to products clearly marked as eligible for satisfaction returns on the product page.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-refundable
  • Products not listed as eligible for the 7-day satisfaction return policy
  • Items returned outside the applicable return period
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, excessive wear, or improper handling

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact our customer service team via the “Contact Us” page to submit your request
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the request
  3. If applicable, we may request additional information to verify eligibility
  4. Once approved, we’ll confirm the outcome and process the refund accordingly

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different size, style, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

 

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a refund, replacement, or repair where applicable, and cover the return shipping cost.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

6. Additional Notes

  • Parcels returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery are not eligible for shipping fee refunds
  • We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or show signs of misuse

1. I changed my mind — can I return the item?

 Yes. You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery, provided all original packaging and tags are intact and the item is suitable for resale. A flat return handling fee of AUD 15 will be deducted from the refund.


2.Do I need to return the product for a satisfaction return?

Not necessarily. In some cases, we may request the item to be returned or require proof that the product has been destroyed and rendered unusable as part of our verification process. Once verified, a full refund will be issued.

 

3.Which products are eligible for the 7-day satisfaction return?

Only selected products are eligible. Eligibility will be clearly stated on the product page.

 

4. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Change of mind returns: a flat return handling fee of AUD 15 will be deducted from the refund 
  • Satisfaction returns: covered by us
  • Faulty or incorrect items: covered by us


5. What if the item is faulty or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We’ll cover the return cost and arrange a refund or replacement as needed.


6. Which items can’t be returned?

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-refundable are not eligible for return. Please always check the product description for return eligibility.


7. How long does it take to get my refund?

  • For change of mind returns, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For approved 7-day satisfaction returns, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. Can I exchange an item?

 We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, size, or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
